Last week we announced that AGS Workbench supports the Oasis montaj GDB file format, and today AGS Res2DInv and AGS Res3DInv joined the club, which means now you can easily export results and import them into Oasis montaj, where you can view them alongside other geoscience data. Alternatively, you can import data directly from Oasis montaj for processing and inversion in AGS Res2DInv and AGS Res3DInv.
In addition to improved interoperability with Oasis montaj, this release gives you more control over processing by allowing you to select the number of CPUs used for inversion, which is useful for large datasets collected during waterborne surveys, for example.
AGS SPIA 3.7 is also out now
Map vertical features with support for x-receiver data in the ProTEM, USF, and WalkTEM importers
Display measurement locations on a map with the updated map tool
Streamline data import with Amira pre-import checks to confirm the data file contains the correct information for the instrument’s waveform
More new and improved features highlights
